If you're not satisfied with Drive Folder Copier, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — whether you're on a Monthly, Annual, or Perpetual (one-time) plan. No detailed justification is required.
Email support@extensionlabs.online with the email address used for your purchase. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Purchases are non-refundable after 14 days. For Monthly and Annual subscriptions, you can cancel at any time to stop future billing — your access continues until the end of the current billing period, but no partial refund is issued for the remaining days.
