Drive Folder Copier — Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. The service

Drive Folder Copier ("the Service") is a browser extension for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, provided by Néstor Reyes, an independent developer (autónomo) based in Madrid, Spain ("we", "us"). The Service lets you copy Google Drive folders and files, including subfolders, into your own "My Drive."

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must have a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs through your use of the Service.

3. Free tier and paid plans

The Service offers a free tier limited to 2 lifetime copy operations. Paid plans (Essential, Advanced, Business) are billed monthly, annually, or as a one-time perpetual purchase, and are subject to per-operation size limits described on our product page, which may change from time to time with notice.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing, taxes, and payment collection on our behalf. By purchasing a plan, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to copy content you do not have the right to access or duplicate, or in any way that violates Google's Terms of Service or the rights of any third party.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all files will copy successfully in every case — some files may fail to copy due to permissions or Google API limitations beyond our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss. Because the Service creates copies rather than moving or deleting original files, your original files in Google Drive remain unaffected by any error in the Service.

9. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
